Title:
Building an Integrated AI-Driven Oligonucleotide Therapy Platform: From Webserver Architecture to Personalized Medicine
Introduction:
This talk presents the end-to-end architecture and development of an AI-driven web platform designed for oligonucleotide therapeutics (siRNA/ASO). Leveraging Claude Code, we developed a comprehensive system that integrates an intuitive front-end user interface with a robust back-end database tailored for high-throughput on- and off-target sequence analysis. Furthermore, we demonstrate the platform's real-world application in individualized gene therapy, showcasing how it processes human patient sequencing data to accelerate custom therapeutic design.
